Ray Cashmore took over the sale of our property from another agent who was unsuccessful in organising a sale, after many months on the market. It was evident that our type of property with a large garden to maintain was not popular even though the house was generally acceptable. A more energetic approach to the sale was evident. Ray was persistent in presenting our property via open days followed by an auction which was not successful. Finally successful, a sale to a party attracted by the auction and even though the final price was somewhat disappointing, his professionalism was apparent throughout all the negotiations.
