Mark has a very good grasp of realestate knowledge in the local area. He was always promt returning my phone calls and always ready to communicate regarding the inspections and offers. He is always up to date and ready to give you an advice and suggestions of the potential buyers. I can recommend his work and honest approach to the whole process.

Mark Wridgway was both professional and positive in his approach to selling my property in South Yarra. He communicated with me on a daily basis right up to the contract execution. I would be happy to employ his skills to future property campaigns.

Recently we sold our Classic, substantial, and elegant 1930s family home of 8 Merriwee Crescent Toorak. Antoinette was appointed following a failed sales process not many months prior. The comparison in experiences with a competing local agency certainly clarified our decision to work with her as a complete success. Not only did we receive a final offer that was more than 30% greater than the prior process but her honesty and commitment to our initial discussions was what we appreciated most. During the sale there were two snap lockdowns which provided many complications that Antoinette was able to navigate through. Working with her was as an absolute pleasure, she took on board all suggestions and provided her professional opinion at all points. We would have no hesitation recommending Antoinette as your Agent and you can expect the utmost professionalism and dedication. The word we remembered most from our initial meeting was “honesty” and it was so refreshing to see this transpire as we worked through to signing. Kind regards Dr Trudy & Stewart Madsen

Justine worked incredibly hard from the start of the campaign until the end. Even when a lockdown sabotaged our auction plans, she still went above and beyond to complete the sale as an expressions of interest campaign and help us achieve the price we were after. Thanks, Justine!

I both bought and sold a property with Mark Wridgway. In both cases, I found him to be a very professional operator. He is quite knowledgeable about the market, about what is needed to execute a successful transaction and he is realistic and candid. I also found Mark to be very good with update reporting; you knew where you stood. He is straight-forward and solid. I was pleased with my experience with him.

Sarah helped us to sell our first home during a strict lock down. She was there to ask questions at any time during the day and always professional. Sarah gave us wonderful advice through out the entire process and made sure we always knew what was happening. We couldn't have done it without her!

Sarah is extremely knowledgeable about her market and the people who exist in it. She has a great ability when it comes to matching buyers to properties - after all, we bought our house from her in 2013 and it was a perfect fit for us back then - and she is generous and reassuring to vendors. Sarah exudes confidence and is an absolute pleasure to deal with at a stressful time. She helped and guided us with styling our home ourselves and was always early to the open houses with her happy and reassuring smile. She kept us informed every step of the way. We would not hesitate to recommend her.

I had the pleasure of Sarah Case from RT Edgars in Toorak selling my family home in Malvern East East in 2021, my family has sold numerous properties through Sarah and once again she did an outstanding job with selling my home. Sarah knows her business when it comes to not only selling but purchasing properties as well, so much so that we have engaged Sarah to sell our boutique apartment development in Fitzroy. Watching her through the sale process was a learning experience for me as Sarah has so much knowledge and dealt with over 380 groups coming through my home and contacted each and everyone of them before the EOI closed. Sarah Case is a true and trustworthy professional in her field and stands above the rest in my eyes.

Sarah Case went above and beyond my expectations which made purchasing my new property effortless. Sarah is meticulous, professional and honest which ultimately resulted in an smooth transaction. We recommend Sarah to any potential client that wants the job done right!
