Whilst obviously acting in the best interest of her client, she facilitated the sale process seamlessly from the buyer's perspective. We were kept informed throughout the negotiation and Justine went above and beyond in arranging the execution of the documentation. If I was selling we would certainly use Justine.

Without doubt Sarah is the Queen of real estate in Melbourne, having sold our property at 4-5 Myvore Court for the record Melbourne sale price of 2020. Sarah is Melbourne’s most accomplished multi-dimensional agent and can sell anywhere across the metropolitan region, having previously sold for us 4 times in South Yarra, Southbank, Hawthorn and Toorak. In the most challenging market amidst the Covid pandemic and countless restrictions, Sarah was still able to work with the utmost professionalism and diligence. We required constant communication as we were living on the Gold Coast during Covid and at no stage did we feel we weren’t fully informed of the process and negotiations every step of the way. She provided valuable guidance from the outset resulting in an outcome that exceeded all of our expectations. I’m certain that without Sarah’s guidance we would not have achieved such a great result. I could not speak more highly of Sarah and her team and we strongly recommend her to your attention.

Sarah managed to sell both of my properties in Toorak, No.2 and No.3, during an extremely challenging situation in many regards. Her honesty and straight forward approach was refreshing in this industry and she immediately set forth on marketing our properties in the best possible way. Sarah was relentless in pursuing my need to sell and to sell the properties at the right price, ethically and professionally. She maintained the highest industry standard at all times and stood apart from others in the industry who didn't. Don't look any further, she is definitely the best in the industry. An amazing result, thank you Sarah and team!

Having transacted several properties across the Stonnington and Boroondara shire’s over the last 20 years, we are writing to express our gratitude and commendation to Mark Wridgway and the RT Edgar Toorak team. Mark and his team managed our campaign with professionalism, diligence and provided valuable guidance from the outset. The outcome exceeded our expectations and I’m certain that without Marks guidance we would not have achieved such a great result. We have been less than enthused by agents that have represented us in the past and it came as refreshing surprise to work with Mark on this sale. We encourage anyone looking to transact property in the Toorak market to consider Mark and the RT Edgar Toorak team.

Everything seemed against us selling during these unprecedented times but Sarah was optimistic and well prepared. Once out of lockdown everything ran seamlessly and our beautiful family home was sold within 3 wks. It was a great outcome. I cannot thank Sarah enough for keeping me constantly up to date throughout the campaign, working tirelessly and finding a wonderful family that will love their new home as much as we have for the past ten years. Thank you Sarah and the team at RT Edgar.
