Success My home of 35 years is Sold
I have know Thai for over 2.5 years along with 2 other agents that I interviewed. In that time Thai and I have built up a great relationship. He kept me up to date on the housing market and trends in Box Hill, which were not on par with the rest of the market. I was able to observe his auctioneering skills over 3 months and it was this that secured him as my agent. During my marketing campaign, Thai kept me informed with weekly calls and written reports. He has provided me with the trades to get my home ready for auction and negotiated with them on my behalf. I have sold homes in the past but never experienced the level of care and participation that I received from Thai. Selling a home after 35 years is an emotional, stressful experience. Professional Service
We were very impressed with Juliette, her local knowledge was spot on, enabling us to sell our home within the 5 week campaign period. Juliette also kept us informed and up to date at every stage of the process. We never had to chase up information and we were never left wondering what’s going on. Juliette and delivered on their promises. Our property only appealed to a limited target market which made the campaign difficult for her and the auctioneer Thai, however on the day of the auction they still delivered.

Very easy to deal with and made the whole selling process less stresful
I found her feedback was prompt and precise, which clearly shows she is professional and has the knowledge to achieve this. Heading a great team the communication lines were always open and clear which made decisions we had to make that much more easier. As I was assisting my parents selling their home, knowing she was also very aware of their age and was always courteous to their needs made the process less stressful.
