Before I met her, I was really anxious about the whole long tedious process. Communication, negotiation, expectations from both sides and other miscellaneous issues all could be a problem to the final result. But after I met her, talked to her, all my worries went away. She delivered us so much professionalism, patience and sincerity from the very beginning to the end, which made the whole process much easier and faster. The most important is, the result is beyond our expectation. Before I couldn't believe how big the difference can be among different agents, but now I have to say, an excellent agent as Juliette Zhou stands herself out so brightly as a shining star. I would describe Juliette as that rare gem you find that outshines the rest of the competition. I met her at an open house early in the year, then another and another and couldn’t believe her professionalism, advice and time she took to go thru the process. When I was ready to sell, decision was easy. Juliette proved herself as a calm, hard working individual where nothing seemed too hard or unachievable. We first met Juliette at an Auction that we went to view. We found Juliette warm and open and not pushy as we have found some other agents. Juliette and her partners Thai cane and gave us a evaluation of our property. Juliette had a great knowledge of the area as well as a good amount of buyers. As we were going through the process of buying our next property Juliette was available at any time to ask questions as she was not the selling agent which we found fantastic. So we ended up buying and with out any hesitation we signed Juliette to sell our house. Juliette guided us through the process and was there when ever we needed to talk or have questions. We ended up selling before auction with the guidance of Juliette that worked into the night to get the deal done. Highly recommend Juliette and I would use Juliette and hardcourts box hill again.
