About Colleen

For two decades, Colleen has been helping property owners enjoy the rewards of their residential investments – from finding and vetting high quality tenants to taking care of all aspects of property management, to deliver peace-of-mind for her clients. Efficient, knowledgeable and extremely well organised, Colleen’s meticulous care and diligence ensures no issue passes her by, and no matter is left unresolved. Her vast experience has enabled her to foresee potential concerns and handle them effectively. Recognising that the most successful rentals are those founded upon open, timely communication and a genuine understanding of the needs of both landlords and tenants, Colleen works tirelessly to develop a mutually beneficial long-term relationship between trustworthy renters and appreciative owners. About Renae

Renae joined RT Edgar in 2019 after a decade of experience in real estate. Along with her real estate savvy Renae brings a stong eye for design, creativity and marketing flair to ensure her approach to managing and promoting properties is always fresh, distinctive and professional. Throughout her career, Renae has taken every opportunity to develop her skill and expertise in all aspects of real estate including sales, leasing and property management. The result is that she brings considerable breadth and depth to her role as a first class property manager, providing a complete, professional service to all her clients. Outgoing and friendly, Renae particularly enjoys the important role she plays in managing and balancing the needs and expectations of property owners and tenants. Renae is also an intrepid traveller. Prior to joining RT Edgar she lived and worked in Sardinia for three years. Now back at home in Williamstown, Renae enjoys the laid back lifestyle the area affords. In her down time she relaxes with music, a good book and keeping fit.

About Jasmine

Jasmine enjoyed a successful career in Queensland as a real estate professional before relocating to Victoria and commencing with RT Edgar in 2021. Jasmine is a licensed real estate agent with almost a decade of industry experience, primarily in property management and leasing. She brings a wealth of experience, dedication and terrific energy to her current role with the Williamstown team and can be trusted to provide sound real estate advice when supporting her clients to protect their investment properties. Self- motivated, friendly and accountable, Jasmine is committed to providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants alike. She has a warm and bubbly personality but is also a very determined problem solver. As someone who loves to get out and try new things and as a newcomer to both Victoria and Williamstown, Jasmine spends her time away from the office getting to know the local area and enjoying all the new experiences it offers. She is a lover of the great outdoors, and whenever she has the opportunity she loves to go camping, fishing and four wheel driving.

Great agency!

RT Edgar has been my rental agent for the past year and they have been a pleasure to deal with from a tenants perspective. They have always spoke with me professionally and courteously and responded promptly when I have needed to contact them. Renae Schmalow in particular has been brilliant to deal with and I highly recommend her and all the team from RT Edgar. Helpful and quick to respond

We recently signed a rental agreement for a lease arranged by Renae at RT Edgar Williamstown. I would really recommend Renae as a great agent to deal with. She was super fast when corresponding to us and kept us up to date when we were deciding between two properties we had been accepted on. She is also very friendly and approachable which was really refreshing. We haven't moved into the rental yet but we hope this positive experience continues into the lease period.
