Sam is a true professional within his field and I came to this conclusion within my journey of finding the right home for my family. Searching for the right home can be a stressful period however Sam and his team came along the entire journey with me. They provided insight on median house prices within the area so that my finances met my expectations of what I was searching for. They also consistently updated me on newly listed homes so that I had the opportunity to inspect and had ample time to make a sound decision in purchasing a home and not feel rushed. Sam and his team stand out from the rest by their united team approach. I have been to many open homes and you will see one agent greet you at the front of the property and then you are basically left on your own, but not with Sam's and his team! Sam and all his team members are prepared! They have done their research on the home they are selling. They are ready to walk you through the home and answer all of your questions and if you have a tricky question (which I had some of my own) they will come back to you with the answer if they are unsure. I was impressed by the level of service received and believe Sam and his team should be recognised and recommended for the exceptional work and effort they put into selling every type of home (big or small). What i noticed was that they put the same amount of effort in selling a $700K home as they do a $1.7mil home.
