I was looking for an agent who shows confidence, takes pride in his work, is honest and transparent and communicates openly with me throughout the selling process. During my online search for a property I couldn't help noticing the number of properties in Sam's portfolio. It was quite impressive. My son-in-law was also assisting me in finding a reliable agent and he came home one day and said 'Mum here's your agent' and it was Sam. What a coincidence!! We engaged Sam and the minute Sam and I met I knew that we had made the right decision. Sam came very well prepared, with up to date data to back up his presentation. I instantly knew and understood what lay ahead. Sam also made it a must to speak to me as often as needed to provide customer feedback. This helped me understand where we were heading whilst providing me the opportunity to act on the outside-in customer comments and improve wherever possible to attract the right buyer in today's market. Sam was always available to discuss any situation regardless of time. One of his strength is his ability to fully understand what his customer's needs are by putting himself in their shoes. I got in contact with Sam by chance after i attended one of his open homes. I was on the hunt for an agent and had spoke to a few but never felt comfortable until i had a meeting with Sam. He was very friendly and easy to talk to plus he was very professional at the same time. Sam was very specific and gave great advice when it came to getting the property up to scratch in regards to taking photos and getting it ready for open home. He was in frequent contact to keep me up to date and to see how i was going as i was nervous with the whole process of selling. He assured me that everything was fine and would tell me if i needed to be worried which was of great comfort. When it came to auction day the whole team was great and Sam of course was a standout. He made sure we knew the whole process of what was to come of the day and also help us acheive beyond what we had originally expected to achieve. I would most definitely use his service again if i was to sell in future and would recommend him to anyone who would be looking for a great agent. Sam was completely on the ball from the get-go. He was very friendly, helpful, patient, professional and committed. Sam and his team have extensive knowledge of the market and they’re extremely gung-ho. During the sale of my unit, he always kept me in the loop with what was happening. When I asked him for any information, he was onto it after we’ve spoken. I found Sam to be reliable and a very skilled negotiator. From his long experience in the property market, he was able to suss who were the real buyers. He knows Fairfield like the back of his hand and was able to tell buyers the location of my unit to the train station, shops, etc. Sam even went out of his way to personally come to my home to let me sign the contract on the day he got a buyer……I call that service! I was more than pleased with the sale price. He should be too since he has set a new record! I would highly recommend Sam to anyone selling their property.

I would like to firstly thank Sam and his amazing team at Raine and Horne in Whetherhill Park for the time,effort and hard work in selling our property. Sam throughout the campaign kept us updated on "what was happening", and the feedback he received from potential buyers,and what he was doing to get us the best result. Sam is very knowledgeable in the real estate industry and "how to sell a house", and how to obtain the best result. I have sold properties previously, however never came across an agent like Sam and his team who are very dedicated and enthusiastic and knowledgeable in the ins/out's of selling a property.
