I can't say enough about how professional Olive was during the sale of my mother's house. She was knowledgeable and approachable, endlessly patient and generous with her time. I wasn't sure where to start or what to do, and Olive was supportive and gave me advice, as well as explaining the process and required forms very clearly. She came to our very first meeting very well prepared and enthusiastic and this continued throughout the process. She proposed a reasonable price and process and the sale went very well, and she brought in multiple offers. Olive exceeded our expectations and I would definitely recommend her to buyers and sellers in the area.
