Selling in a challenging market is never easy but working with Riley ( Russell Real Estate) made the process smooth and manageable. Throughout the campaign his communication was consistently prompt, clear, and reassuring. When it came to closing the deal, Riley demonstrated great skill and persistence, utilising sharp negotiation tactics to secure a fair and reasonable price. We truely appreciated his hard work and we would happily recommend him to anybody looking to buy or sell.

Robert was very quick to respond when we raised any issues and despite how busy he was, he always provided a solution how to proceed.

Thanks, Riley for signing me up, but it was Ash that did the appraisal & followed every part of the sell through to the end & everything she said, she followed up with from the valuation price (which l thought she was dreaming but she was bang on with it to the dollar). Then to the negotiation to get the best offer that suited me from the multiple offers, then to organizing all building & pest inspection to suit both parties it has been so easy she has been amazing & would recommend her any day thanks again Ash

Myself and my partner recently purchased an investment property in Bundaberg & with the assistance of Russell Real Estate the process was smooth & stress-free! Purchasing a property in an unfamiliar location & real estate market can be daunting & confusing, but Russell Real Estate eased our concerns & assisted to make the purchase a success.

Got a contract on the property within just days of engaging Russell Real Estate. Very happy with their area expertise, speed and professionalism. They were quick off the mark & worked hard to ensure my property got interest from many potential buyers within the timeframe. They dealt professionally and quickly with potential buyers right up we had a contract on it. During the contract period, they kept track of the all key events and keep it ticking along smoothly. Thanks team.

We recently engaged Robert & Riley Russell and the team at Russell Real Estate to handle the sale of our property in Bundaberg, and we could not have been happier with the experience. From beginning to end, the whole process was remarkably easy and efficient. Everything simply flowed smoothly, communication was excellent, and Robert and his team took care of all the details without us ever feeling that we needed to chase things up. We particularly appreciated Riley’s experience and professionalism in navigating the more complex requirements surrounding the sale, including the newer AML/CTF compliance and regulatory requirements. He made what could easily have been a complicated process feel straightforward and stress-free. It is refreshing to deal with an agent who simply gets on with the job, keeps everything moving and delivers what they promise. Riley and the Russell Real Estate team did a wonderful job for us, and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell property in the Bundaberg area. Five stars from us.
