If you told me a year ago I would be buying an Investment Property I would have laughed at you. Too hard, too daunting and too stressful! But thanks to Scott, I have now invested in my first property. Scott wasn't there to push the sale or to get me to sign on the dotted line, he explained the whole process from Inspection, putting in an offer, & organising a Conveyancing Lawyer. As I knew nothing about the purchasing process this has been stress free and definitely not put me off thinking about Property # 2. Thanks again, Dianne M

WHAT AN AGENT!
We have resided at our current property for the past 16 years and I always said it would have to be something spectacular to convince me to move, but Scott Isaacs proved to be that "spectacular element" that we needed. He not only brought us to the property responsible for our sale - and move, he had our property listed, photographed, advertised, opened and exchanged all within 7 days of inception! I don't know of any other agent that would be capable of such amazing results and we achieved our asking price too! Would recommend Scott one thousand times over - what a super agent.

Highly recommend
I would highly recommend Scott and the stylist he pairs with Tanya. First agent I approached has a buyer and wanted to sell my apartment for $515k. Scott got me $560K AND the process was faultless PLUS the property had a confirmed buyer within 4 days of being on the market. Scott was immediate in his responses to my queries. I live interstate and yet he allowed the selling process to move forward with ease and in the end I didn't even need to make a single trip to canberra. I used his suggest stylist Tanya. She was incredible. Meticulous to detail. Organised and oversaw the entir pre sale renovation herself, including the maintenance / tradie hurdles that unfolded in the process. She is perfectionist and it showed with the end product of the presentation o my unit. It went from drab to WOW. I couldn't recommend her services more. Together they achieved a great sale price for me. I would highly recommend them.

Good Agent
