I would like to say a huge heartfelt thanks to Antoine Ayrouth, for everything he did to help my Aunt purchase an apartment in Fairfield. As everyone going through the same thing knows, it's a very stressful time! Antoine met us a a new apartment block in Fairfield, and gave us a tour of the building. We loved it. His exceptional communication skills and second language skills meant that my Aunt could speak with him confidently and comfortably. A happy and positive person, Antoine was highly professional throughout all of our conversations. He has been extremely helpful with any questions that we have had, and even sourced a better copy of the building plans that we needed for the contract at the solicitor firm. Nothing is a problem with Antoine, and what we have really appreciated is that he didn't 'wipe his hands' of us once we handed over the deposit. Respectful, cheerful, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. People will buy from someone they trust.
