Antoine, thank you SO much for your hard work on selling our 2 Bedroom apartment in Fairfield. After a previous Agent giving us the run-around with almost no communication, no negotiation with the existing inquiry they had, and wasting our time and Marketing spend, we briefed you with our expectations and you took our property to Market, a challenge from your end with the property already being on the Market for 2 months, with almost no activity. You communicated with us regularly, passed on all Buyer inquiry and kept us assured that you were doing the absolute best you could do with a declining market and banks tightening their policies with Lending. You also educated us regularly, so our expectations were realistic. And finally, you sourced a buyer for our property, leading us to a successful outcome.
