We were selling remotely and from the outset, Scott made us feel confident both in our decision to sell and our choice of estate agent. While most contractors were price gouging and unreliable, we felt we had someone on our side through this pivotal time. His communication skills were terrific throughout and he took odd jobs on as of they were his responsibility in order to get the property fit for sale. Anthony Molinia sold our property, and there are the three things I like about him. 1.Reputation. Anthony Molinia was recommended to us as a top agent in our area by a director from a different agency not selling in Altona. 2.Local. He works exclusively in the local market (Altona, Altona North, Altona Meadow) so that he could hanged out all inspection flags before 8:30 on a Saturday. This is logistically impossible for agencies based in other areas. He has the best interest to present our property in our suburb instead channelling the sale into other suburbs. 3. Communication. Anthony Molinia attended every single inspection as he does not hire a junior associate to do them like many of the other agencies. He messaged or called us after each inspection and passed the feedback from potential buyers. He presented the fact but didn’t push us for a quick sale.

 From first hand experience, I would highly recommend Anthony Molinia for anyone planning to sell in Altona, Altona North, Altona Meadow.
