He works exclusively in the local market (Altona, Altona North, Altona Meadow) so that he could hanged out all inspection flags before 8:30 on a Saturday. This is logistically impossible for agencies based in other areas. He has the best interest to present our property in our suburb instead channelling the sale into other suburbs. 3. Communication. Anthony Molinia attended every single inspection as he does not hire a junior associate to do them like many of the other agencies.
