Scott is approachable, direct and very reliable, and went above and beyond to manage the different requests of both the purchaser and myself given the unusual circumstances of lockdown. Nothing was too much trouble and I appreciated his efforts greatly given that the pandemic has been difficult for everyone. I would definitely highly recommend Scott's services and his team. Anthony provided me with a very accurate market appraisal and in the end I was able to find a buyer for my property at the top end of its valuation. I was not based in Victoria during the sale so it was good to be regularly updated with the progress of marketing and knowing there was a backup plan if there were any restrictions to the the virus. My wife Wynne and I chose Anthony as our agent to sell our unit in Altona. Anthony is a very organised and trustworthy person, and he has very good communication skills. After every week inspections, Anthony always let me know how many groups of people went through our property for that inspection and gave me a follow up phone call the next Monday to 'feel' the market vibe. When you are selling your property, it is a nerves expierence that you don't know what buyer think until the last minute.
