After attending an open inspection for the property I realised I would have to act quickly if I wanted to secure the purchase. I discussed my position with Anthony and that I wanted the flexibility of a long settlement as I needed to sell my investment property and I was also on a tenancy lease which had five months to run. I believe Anthony was instrumental in negotiating with the builder to accept my initial bid which was below the advertised price the builder was seeking. Fortunately I was able to sell my investment property quickly which now means I will be able to arrange an earlier settlement. I would not hesitate in recommending Anthony to anyone looking to either buy or sell a property. I found Anthony to be very professional and knowledgeable in regards to property valuations in the area and he always kept me up to date.

The process of buying off plans was incredibly scary for me, I had no experience in this area of expertise, the whole process was made so much easier with the support or Anthony Molinia. We dealt with Anthony when we purchased the property in 2005, during this process we had positive dealings with him, to the extent that we were more than happy to engage Anthony services again for the sale of our property 10 years later. During the sale process Anthony always presented in a professional manner, made it clear what was required, supplied regular updates and worked hard to achieve a good result. Thank you for your services. I would not hesitate recommending Anthony’s services. During the period of owning the house we rented it out for 5 years through Barlows, the service provided was ok, there was always tenants in the house. The only issue we had was there was a few occasions where the tenants had not paid their rent, this required me to question why, I feel the property manager should be all of this and when the rent is a day late to contact the tenants. Not for me to chase t up a couple of weeks late.
