I wouldn't be tempted by a glossy brochure or a lower fee: you're after an agent who keeps you informed, is respected by both the buyer and the seller and starts the day with a smile. In 30 years of buying and selling property, Scott impressed me beyond words. I found Scott to be trustworthy, empathetic and full of drive and energy. Whilst our property was at the lower end of the market, I felt that we were no less important than higher value sales. A five star rating for honesty, passion and character. That's what you get when you deal with the smaller guy who owns the business. Every email responded to promptly, every call taken. Respected at all times our point of view. I wish we could give him six stars. Hats off, a class act.
