Communication was non existent and attention to detail again was non existent Nearly 4 weeks after settlement the signage is still displayed in front of the property and a sold sticker never appeared Worst dealings I have ever experienced having been involved in over 20 property sales! Not good for Harcourts as I would not recommend them

Absolutely no communication for settlement day. Lucky we had spoken to the vendors and knew they lived next door and had the keys. Before this we were under the impression we were to drive to the Barossa in order to pick them up. We were also not told anything about when to vacate our Salisbury Heights property. Between Harcourts and Lyons, I was thinking we would have a little more information.

From the moment we saw this property and made contact with Leonie we knew that this was perfect for the next stage in our families life. Leonie was very accommodating in arranging a viewing to suit our needs of interstate travel and arranging contract signing in the sort period of time we had in SA. Whilst we were quite set on this property Leonie did show us another property and provide us with many details of others so we could get a good idea of how this property sat in the market place. We did notice many differences with buying in SA compared to WA & probably should have asked more questions upfront about the buying process and what we could have done in the initial offer period (i.e. Pest Inspections) but in the end we are happy to be in our new home.
