Sylvia sold us an apartment and went above and beyond what a normal agent would do. She was in constant communication through the whole process and was very prompt in replying to questions. She also helped us apply to change the flooring before settlement and even ordered a part for the dryer that was missing during the final inspection. We would recommend her to anyone selling or looking to buy a place.

Sylvia did an outstanding job helping us sell our apartment despite very challenging circumstances. The property was still in some construction, with waterproofing works ongoing, park repairs in progress, and the whole area looking quite messy—making it a very difficult sale. Even with all these obstacles, Sylvia stayed professional, proactive, and committed throughout the process. Her persistence, communication, and expertise made the sale happen when we thought it would be nearly impossible. We’re incredibly grateful for her hard work and would highly recommend Sylvia to anyone looking for a dedicated and capable property agent. Happy Customer!

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Sylvia. I’ve worked with her couple of time. Her support has made a huge difference and honestly, without Sylvia guiding me through the ins and outs of real estate negotiations and the whole buying and selling process, I might have felt completely overwhelmed. I probably asked for help in ways that went above and beyond at times, but Sylvia and her team were always so patient, supportive, and willing to go the extra mile. She also worked seamlessly with my legal team and Strata, which made everything feel so much easier and stress-free. I genuinely can’t recommend Sylvia enough. She’s professional, reliable, and an absolute pleasure to work with—someone who truly delivers on what she promises.

From beginning to end, Sylvia is total professionalism. She goes out of her way to make every aspect of selling and buying as smooth as possible, all with a smile. Sylvia's communication and rapport with people are exceptional, as is the talent that enables her to create and tailor solutions to suit both seller and purchaser. She knowledgably and effectively navigates any sticking points, even anticipating and managing those before they manifest. Among Sylvia's many strengths, one that is extraordinary is her ability to find the buyer to match the seller so that there is comfort and security in the exchange. We could not thank nor recommend Sylvia highly enough.

I have known Sylvia and the Salease team for about 7 months. During this relatively short time, I have been a buyer twice and a seller once. If I didn't have Sylvia guiding me through the complexities of Real Estate negotiation and the whole process of buying and selling, I may have given up. I asked for her help in ways that may have stretched some people but she and her team were always willing to go the extra mile. Sylvia worked seamlessly with my legal team and Strata, to make all of my transactions almost effortless. I highly recommend Sylvia as an Agent who does everything she promises in such a professional and pleasant manner.
