I had the pleasure of dealing with Ian as part of the sales team looking after the sale of our property. I did not have a lot of opportunities to deal with Ian directly as CJ was taking lead but it was easy to tell that he wasn't there for show because Ian would be there for the strategic inspections and meetings. CJ would often talk about how hard he was working behind the scenes to get a better outcome. And it is this team player aspect I liked very much. There was a goal, to sell. And that is all that mattered. I can easily say the Ian and CJ combo was great, they complemented each other and got me a quick sale :) in line with what both of them had predicted at the beginning. If you get Ian, trust his instincts and the process and things will work out.
