Marcus was able to find the exact type of home we were looking for, and was able to negotiate the sale of our house before it went to market, all within 4 weeks. He kept us fully informed throughout the whole negotiation phase and we found him to be very knowledgeable and courteous, and willing to answer any questions we had. He has been very helpful with tips and suggestions to make the moving process easier. Marcus is very professional, but is also calm and caring and was able to reassure us when we were feeling overwhelmed. He has made the whole experience seamless.
