Marcus and Josh were very understanding and patient with us. Marcus guided us through the process, supported us and encouraged us to remain positive throughout. Marcus kept us up to date with the market overall and with activities in our area. We followed his advice and the outcome was fantastic.

Had a great experience with Josh and David at Saliba, communication and strategy were spot on, we got what wanted for our property even before Action. A great team to work with.

Iain is very accomodating, answered all our queries about the property. Negotiated well to us in purchasing the property. Very responsive of our messages even if its after working hours.

We found Marcus very professional and organised having people on hand to carry out tasks quickly and efficiently. He was very helpful and always on hand to answer any queries. He communicated well throughout the time leading up to the auction and kept us informed of all the potential buyers and their thoughts on our home. He was courteous and thoughtful of our needs and it felt as if he had our best interests at heart. Finally the result achieved was far in excess of our expectations. I would recommend him to sell your home at any time.

My buyer's agent and I communicated with Iain as the main sales agent for this off-market property. He had a friendly attitude, communicated well and had positive energy. I'm happy to have been successful in purchasing this property.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Iain and found him very helpful and approachable during my search, and then purchase of my home. Being a first home buyer was very stressful but I found Iain knowledgeable about the local market and the area and he was genuinely helpful. Iain helped make my first buying experience positive.

I switched to Saliba to manage my unit and was so happy with their service that when it came to sell, I didn’t bother shopping around for another agent. Josh was fantastic to work with. He was highly professional but relatable. I relied on his wealth of experience where he never hesitated to be honest with me but also valued my opinions. There weekly phone calls were a fantastic way to communicate and clarify any concerns. Very impressed Josh and his team in completing the sale.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Iain as our agent to sell our property. He provided a fantastic result above our expectations. He was always informative and professional. Unlike many agents, Iain’s demeanor was refreshingly humble and approachable. We look forward to working with Saliba again in the future.
