Josh used his expertise in property market to set a plan and execute it very well so we have got a great and quick result before auction. As a former real estate agent myself and having been on the search for a property for sometime I had my inhibitions and scepticism of estate agents in general. No such concern with this team! I first met Josh at an open house for a property in our street over 18 months ago, from that first meeting I knew my wife and I were in safe hands. Over that time Josh has kept in touch recommending not only his listings but other properties that might meet our very specific needs. Following the discovery of our dream home online we met Serv at the property mid week in the dark and he was only too happy to show us around at a time that suited us and again with our extended family for a follow up inspection on the weekend. The whole transactional process was smooth sailing with Jasmine keeping us well informed at every step. We had great communication with everyone we dealt with at Saliba Property. Every desire and request was accommodated for, from Kathleen meeting us on site to give access to get quotes done for renovation works prior to settlement, a rental appraisals from Penny and Josh following up post settlement to check how everything was going and whether or not he could assist with anything else. The knowledge of the local property market is second to none!
