What we liked most was how he gave us a plan to sell the property which included a plan B and C. Very competitive commission rate. Execution was very nice his communication through out the process was the key difference, he kept us in the loop.He owned the full process. He even had to coordinate with tennents renting the property and another agent managing that rental for us, Saliba coordinated amongst all parties very well and managed to prepare the off-market open home. Within a week of off market inspection, Saliba found a buyer, he was preparing is for plan B, whilst he was working on the prospective buyer. Saliba constantly gave us good advice. He had a very efficient support team too. We found a good buyer and price and the settlement took place smoothly. Josh and his team kept us informed through every step of the sale process. Our auction date coincided with the Covid 19 lockdown. When I started to panic Josh was my voice of reason. He is one cool 'dude' and had a contingency plan for every unforeseen event. The team at Saliba micro-managed all the subcontractors down to the minute of the written schedule. None were late and all were really lovely trustworthy people. Selling a house in a pandemic should have been stressful but with Josh it wasn't. I cannot recommend the Saliba team enough.
