Sebastian and his team are rich in knowledge in their service. Although they are the vendor's agent, he and his team member, Tavite, fully devote themselves to serve all the potential buyers as well. Before my recent purchase, he and Tavite provided me promptly as much information about the property as I requested although I was new to them and was only a potential bidder before the auction.
