Derin (Hill and Viteri) did a great job and was in constant contact to let us know what was going on. Real estate agents don’t have the best reputation but we were happy with Derin’s efforts. It was just a disappointment that it is a buyers market, not a sellers market

Choose to go with Sebastian since I work with him in the industry, I am not an agent. I valued his honesty, hard work and integrity, and the entire process while selling our home was great. He was transparent and didn’t use the high pressure I’ve seen so many agents in the industry use (which was always one of my biggest issues with real estate agents). I recently purchased a Property Though Sebastian from Hill & Veteri. Throughout the entire home-buying process Sebastian was incredibly attentive, responsive, and informative. Sebastian provided guidance, support and above all transparency. He was always available to answer my questions and offer advice, provide further information. The entire team and Hill & Viteri were friendly, personable, and a genuine, and they took a lot of stress away at Auction Day which is usually is a highly stressful time, especially for a first time home buyer.
