Derin is the best agent we have ever dealt with
Derin was the agent of the property we purchased through auction. He was very helpful, open, approachable and caring. He was reliable and transparent through the whole procedure from the first open home inspection to auction day. He was always available to answer our questions through phone or emails, and was willing to show the property anytime we asked for. He understood our need from the first place, he even helped us by giving ideas on how to utilise and maximise the space to fit with our family. A little gift of a congratulation wine to the winning bidder after the auction is really bringing him and his team beyond the kindness and professionalism. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Derin.

Derin made selling dads house so much easier and achieved a great price
Derin Hill is a fantastic Agent and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Down to earth, understanding, font of knowledge, advice and was so very patient with a first time seller, who was emotionally dealing with the fact the house had to be sold, dad going to a nursing home and was clueless to the whole process. The whole team was helpful and communication was excellent all round. Considering the house and block wasn't everyone's cup of tea. Derin managed to get the best price, way above reserve as well!
