Knowledgeable, Friendly and Great Communication

Personal Service
Sebastian provided fantastic service and advice. He was able to take me through the sales proces step by step. His knowledge of local market conditions provided great insight into the best way to present my investment property to market. The team supported organising a minor renovation and styling which resulted in the best looking property in the local market. The key to working with Sebastian and the team is to listen and trust the process. The small investment I made led to a much better result. Overall Sebastian provided constant communication updates which helped while I am living in a different city. Just a pleassure to deal with.

Goes above and beyond
Andrew has the skills and experience to help sell a property. His skill set is not limited to Real Estate but his knowledge of the industry and the psychology behind selling a property sets him apart from everyone else. Andrew had to deal with me being a micromanager of everything to do with the sale of my property and a this type of person I at first found it hard to hand over EVERYTHING to him and his team. But I felt as ease and trusted the process he put to me and I came out in front. You put in what you get out of the sale of your property and in our case we were thrilled with the outcome. This was all because of the guidance Andrew gave us at every moment of the process. We were overseas for most of the campaign (pre COVID) and he looked after everything and updated us when it was needed. You know he has your best interests at hand and doesn't look at every property as fitting q square pin in a round hole - he personalises EVERYTHING. His results go to show it. I never write reviews - which is why it takes so long to do this one but put your trust in Andrew - he is not like the other real estate agents, he offers something different.

Honest, Friendly & Professional
It might seem strange for a buyer to provide a positive review of an agent, but we couldn’t have been happier with our experience with Derin. We spent more than 5 months attending inspections and interacting with real estate agents during our journey to purchase our first home. Derin was by far the most straightforward and honest agent we met. Negative experiences with several other agents made us wary, but Derin put us at ease. He kept us updated at every stage and was happy to answer all of our queries. We would highly recommend Derin to anyone looking for an honest and reliable real estate agent. Not the typical real estate agent!
Derin is not the typical Real estate agent. He is kind, gentle and very knowledgeable on the selling/buying process and this worked very well for us. He recommended an excellent conveyancer LJS Conveyancing Services so our buying process went without stress. Communication was great. We are very happy to have dealt with Derin.
