Derin is extremely experienced and has a wealth of knowledge, particularly in the area. Derin has a core base of buyers that he brought with him as our real estate agent. He gave us realistic advice but also listened to our needs, putting it before his desire to make the sale. In the end the patience paid off as we were able to get a good offer that met our expectations for the property. I would thoroughly recommend Derin to prospective sellers.

Andrew and his team were fantastic. They helped us to get the property up to scratch to sell and then got us an unbelievable price for our property. A very satisfying result by Hill & Viteri Property
We were fortunate to have purchased our property sixteen years ago through Derin Hill and due to his professional approach then, he was our obvious choice for this sale. Due to our senior years, many agents were targeting for our business, and with the market volatility, we decided to discuss their strategies for the sale of our property to gain a comparative perspective. Great service with patience and creativity on a tough market
We had the pleasure to meet Sebastian and his team from Hill and Viteri. Everyone was always helpful and knowledgeable. Sebastian has lots of experience and knows well how to navigate the market. We wanted to sell during a very hard time at the beginning of this pandemic but still he did the best to make it happen.
