It had been 14 years since last selling a property. So much has changed in the real estate industry and we weren’t quite sure where to start. Initially we were going to rent our home (due to an interstate move) and had decided to use Hill & Viteri property manager Leigh, however we decided to sell instead which led us straight to Sebastian. He was so down to earth from the moment we met (online) and was approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. His whole team were fantastic from the very beginning through to the end.
