I'm so glad I followed my intuition to have Andrew Bloom represent me as the estate agent when I had to sell my recently deceased Mother's home; our family home of 50 years. Yes it was during the stressful time of Covid but Andrew rose to the task impeccably. I know of several agents but something told me Andrew was absolutely the right person for this task during super challenging times. He's positive, strong, wise, articulate and stayed 100% focused, efficient, communicative and extremely effective. He had the property sold at a surprisingly good price amidst so much pessimism. In short he achieved the task brilliantly, surpassing my expectations. Originally I met Andrew in my own business; as a client and was super impressed by him as a person. From start to finish Andrew was professional in his approach, and confident of his strategy. His prediction regarding the outcome of our sale proved to be accurate, no mean feat in the difficult, and unknown, corona virus era. Our property went on the market days before auctions and open houses were banned in NSW, but Andrew had a surprising number of inspections quickly arranged, which resulted in 5 decent offers, one of which we were happy to accept after successful negotiation by Andrew. Subsequent paperwork was efficiently handled by Caitlin, and the sale proceeded seamlessly. I would definitely recommend Andrew Bloom, and Sanders Real Estate to any prospective vendor.

My husband bought his first unit through Hill and Viteri and it was a quick and seamless process. A few years later when we rented the unit out, we switched from a poorly managed real estate company that was looking after the unit and entrusted it in the care of the team at Hill and Viteri. What a difference that made! Leigh and the property management team communicated with us consistently about upcoming landlord inspections, bills H&V had paid as well as providing us with our forthrightly rental statements (sounds quite simple but this service is not what we received through the prior real estate agency)! Recently we sold the unit through Sebastian and despite the uncertain times with COVID-19, Sebastian put us at ease and we were really able to trust him throughout the selling process. He was realistic with his price guide and always gave timely and appropriate feedback after open houses and inspections.
