Agents work for sellers, not buyers. Which makes this review of Sebastian quite peculiar -- since when does a buyer give a positive review of an agent he bought from! While the highest price is always sought by any seller, bringing credible buyers into a professional and honest sale process respected by all parties is also vital, in my mind. To this end, Sebastian proved himself to be the most open and honest real estate agent I have dealt with. Selling a home is a significant undertaking, if having it done properly is important, give Sebastian a call.

We engaged Nick Gleeson to sell our mothers house at Como in March 2020. Nick was able to secure sale of the house in the middle of the COVID 19 pandemic, not an easy job. Nick was very pleasant to deal with, listened to our needs, provided good advice on the local area and state of the market. He did not pressure us to sell on the first offer and was able to negotiate with the buyers to secure a good price. We would highly recommend Nick to anyone selling in the area.

Derin was incredibly accomodating, very professional and was always friendly. Coordinating inspection times was challenging for us as we lived outside the Shire, our work hours were scattered over weekends and we have a toddler. Derin made it so much easier for us, was very quick to respond to emails, messages and it really did feel as though he went above and beyond for us. We would definitely recommend Derin if you're buying, renting or looking to sell, you won't get a better agent than him :)
