I signed with Andrew at Sanders in December 2019, for an anticipated sale date of 24/03/2020. Interest in the property was phenomenal. Andrew suggested moving the sale date to 17/03/2020. I agreed. Then the COVID-19 crisis hit. As expected property sales fell and the attendance at the auction was disappointing. However, Andrew and his team were able to coax an excellent price from buyers.
