Andrew was explaining properly where the market was at, he kept us informed of strategies used and followed up on the results of house viewings. He also explained on why certain reports were needed. Andrew was always professional and kept an unbiased approach. Andrew was open to suggestions and has a friendly manner. He also managed the auction very well and kept us clearly informed on the progress on the night. We would certainly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. From the outset, the time it took Andrew to explain to us what we needed to know was dictated by us. We cannot recommend Sebastian and his Team highly enough. Sebastian always had our best interests at heart and worked extremely hard and I believe went about and beyond to achieve our success!
