(AS AGENTS WORK FOR THE VENDORS WE WERE PURCHASING – WE were not treated as second class as the buyer!) - We have completely renovated OUR place and it is nothing like it was with a NEW Kitchen; Outdoor Zone with SPA Pool; Deck & Bamboo Screen & a NEW Bathroom/Floor Boards & re-painting the whole place is underway. Andrew was excellent from the initial contact over the phone when he spent time discussing our property and when we met Andrew he had a very different approach and outlined a strategy and plan to sell our home for the benefit of both ourselves and the buyer. Andrew and Caitlin make an excellent team and working together executed the plan to perfection. They organised and managed the sale from start to finish taking care of every little detail, advising us on what we needed to do and kept us up to date with daily communications even whilst we were on holiday overseas. Their knowledge and use of social media and digital platforms was exceptional. We cannot recommend Andrew highly enough and would not hesitate to sell or buy through him again as he is the best agent we have ever dealt with.

We cannot recommend Sebastian and his Team highly enough. Sebastian always had our best interests at heart and worked extremely hard and I believe went about and beyond to achieve our success! The video and photos that were taken were totally above our expectations. It was amazing and we had many comments from others that were also highly impressed!
