Andrew Mills is an agent that I would recommend to any potential vendor. He originally contacted me via a cold call 2 years prior to us listing our home for sale. During the two years since that initial contact I received quarterly sales updates and any information that he thought may be of value to my family and I. At no time was he pushy or arrogant like some agents, who have an inflated air of self importance. Andrew was all about our needs our wants. He listened and provided evidence based advice to help in our decision making processes. He also provided reality checks when necessary. The sale went smoothly and at every stage of the process Andrew communicated with us clearly and succinctly. Andrew's has superior negotiation skills as evidenced by the fact that our house sold prior to auction, for a price that was above what was expected.
