Selling the family home is difficult with all the emotion & expectation. Andrew recommended a three week campaign - we wanted a quick sale even though there was no pressure on us to buy another house. As a mate of mine selling his house at the same time found out the hard way, a well organised & controlled campaign is far more effective than the slap happy placement of a few signs & web photos. His house is still for sale at the time of writing while I was able to secure a settlement before Christmas at the price we were hoping for.
