We used Greg Calderwood and the team at sanders to sell our house in Sylvania and could not be happier with the process and the result. Sanders were consistently there to help us - right from our initial consultation when we discussed price expectations and what to expect during the sales process through to styling advice (painting etc) and help during the open houses... They stayed right on top of all the interested parties and kept us well informed which helped us immensely when making the actual sale. We sold our house in Como thru Nick at Sanders in September 2016. We had previously dealt with Nick about 10 years ago and over this time Nick provided us with regular market updates by mail and we remembered his no pressure easy going nature so he was top of our list when it came to the sale of our home. During the sale process Nick was very understanding of what our specific requirements were in terms of marketing and we appreciated the fact he did not push us in a direction we were not comfortable with. He kept us updated during the marketing campaign and the end result with a sale price we were happy with. Sanders ties to the local community was also a factor in choosing them as an agency.
