We were very pleased with the result of the sale of our house. Sebastian and all the team at Century 21 worked very hard and spent many long days organizing and working toward the sale of our property. It wasn't an easy property to sell as there were a lot of renovations required, too many for some buyers, however Sebastian's expert guidance and constant updates on how we should proceed proved to be correct. We finally settled on an offer just before auction which was both decent and fair. I would recommend Sebastian and his team to all who are selling, or buying, in and around Sutherland.

Derin and the team at Century 21 have been fantastic. They have worked really hard to market the property and in the end got a great price. They also provided regular updates via email and telephone so we always knew what was happening. I highly recommend them.

Had a very positive experience with Andrew. We had taken nearly half a year to decide if we were going to sell house and he was very patient with us and did not hassle or constantly call us. I highly recommend Andrew Mills for anyone looking for an agent to sell property. He took care of selling our house while we were not living in the state. This included organizing trades people to make substantial renovations to the house in preparation for the sale. At every step of the process I was impressed with his knowledge, planning, responsiveness and willingness to do everything possible to make the sale a success. From the beginning he laid out a comprehensive sales plan and spared no effort to explain details to me, provide advice, and carry through on every step of the plan. This included hosting open house periods followed with detailed updates of potential buyer interest. Throughout the process I had every confidence in his competence and integrity, especially important considerations given that I was not present at the time.
