One of the most taxing and stressful times can be when you want to sell a property and later purchase another. After doing a detailed reviews of almost every known agent in the Shire, we came across Sebastian from Century 21. We knew him from a few years ago where we had taken his advise with his vast knowledge of the Shire. It is always a hard one with selecting agents, but Sebastian scored over everyone else, not only due his knowledge but he came across as a very caring human being a quality that is rare in this day and age where money drives business. I could say he held our hand right through the process of selling, calming out stress and getting us the best outcome we could hope for. Even weeks after the sale he went out of his way and busy schedule to guide us through the purchase of our new home, helping us out with strategies and being present at the auction which to his credit ended successfully in our favour, once again at the price point we wanted. I would go back to Sebastian an day for anything related to realestate and would highly and strongly reccomend him to anyone we know. Sebastian was our agent but over time in the recent past has become a great, close friend. Can't thank him and his caring team at Century 21 enough Onaiza & Oswin.
