When it came time to sell our unit we met a few real estate agents but Sebastian's knowledge and passion stood out from the rest. Our block of units had some strata issues at the time which caused some hurdles during the sale but Sebastian gave 110% the whole way. In the end he achieved a great sale price that we were extremely happy with. Going above and beyond what was required, following the sale Sebastian also offered his support by attending the auction for a house we were interested in buying. Having Sebastian there definitely made the auction less daunting and in the end we had the winning bid! I would have no hesitation in recommending Sebastian to anyone looking to sell a property and he will be the only person I contact next time we need to sell.
