Andrew was like a breath of fresh air after looking for a new house for 8 months. He was friendly, approachable and no requests we made were too difficult.He followed up when we missed out at auction, kept us appraised of new properties coming onto the market, and was always very obliging. He was always very realistic with his price guides, which was reassuring after seeing so many places go for two and three hundred thousand more than other price guides being suggested to us.
