Sebastian and the team at Century 21 were great from the start of talking about selling my unit right through to the Settlement. I was very happy with how Sebastian explained to me the price I would be getting for my property and in detail how the process from open inspections right through to the eventual sale. Also Emily was great in helping me out because of my work commitments, she got keys cut for me, spoke to my strata manager regarding smoke alarms and Rebecca even going to my unit so the tradesmen could install the smoke alarms whilst I was at work. Nothing was ever a problem form the whole Century 21 Team. I cannot speak more highly of them for the help and professionalism they gave me. Sebantian did a really great job selling our apartment at a fair price. Two things I was not overly happy about the feedback database from our open homes was not promptly updated or even updated after the first open home. We also had an incident with the purchaser who were not happy with the level of cleanliness the apartment was left in, we had had apartment professionally cleaned and it was left at a move in level. I feel sebantian did not stick up for us his clients but went into bat for the purchaser. I guess he thought they were next customers not of the people that had signed the contract and were paying him a very large commission compared to other real estate agents in the area.
