From the first meeting with Darren I was impressed. I had heard about Darren and Santa Cruz Realty as their office was close to my place of work. I went to see him, originally to ask about purchasing property around the area. He was more than happy to come with me to view properties I was interested in buying and offered an appraisal on my property. The market appraisal given on my property was fair and reflective of the market in our area. Nothing was a problem for Darren. Our property was listed and he conducted the open homes with professionalism and friendliness. He was happy to answer and questions both potential buyers or I had myself, and was fantastic with following up on everything. When the time came and an offer was made on my property, Darren negotiated a price I was very happy with. He was also happy to do anything he could to help me with the purchase of a new property. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service received from Darren, and would be more than happy to recommend both Darren and his agency to anyone wishing to sell their property.
