Gretta was amazing in selling my late brother’s property. She is honest, gives you a great estimate of selling price and then bless her heart ♥️ actually achieves it! Gretta is a great communicator and doesn’t take any bullshit. She is the only Real Estate agent you need to know in South East Queensland. She thinks outside of the box, and she does it all. Gretta worked with integrity professionalism and an honesty I haven’t seen in agents for a very long time. Am I experienced in dealing with real estate? Sold and bought many properties in my long life. I had experience with 5 agents in total and Gretta was a stand out agent. I tell everyone to save yourself the hassle and stress and go straight to Gretta at Sapphire I didn’t and I’m so sorry someone didn’t tell me that. Was it easy? No. We had a flood,a rate increase,council rate increase, a unique property,government changes to investment properties, so many things that changed the real estate market. In spite of this Gretta sold my property in quick time and achieved a price I’m more than happy with. Did I mention she absorbed the costs re marketing?
