Recently, due to an unexpected change in my circumstances, I was forced to look for an apartment to purchase. This is not a process I usually enjoy based on my previous experience with real estate agents usually representing the interest of the seller. Luckily, I came in contact with Mr Parth Joshi who upon hearing about my circumstances and requirements endeavoured to provide a highly personalised service. In no time they identified an apartment eminently suitable for my needs. The settlement period was accelerated, and I found myself in my lovely new apartment in no time. The service provided by Mr Parth Joshi and his team was professional, friendly, courteous. I highly recommend him to any potential customer.

Following an unexpected change in my circumstances recently I was forced to look for an appartment to purchase. Initially I looked forward to this process with great apprehension. That is until I met Mr Rohan Barot from Saava Real Estate who showed great empathy to my situation and provided a highly client focused service. Following his recommendation and assistance an excellent apartment was found and settlement reached within a very reasonable time. Previous experience with real eatate agents always left me with a feeling that the agents were representing the seller but this time I felt that the agent actually represented me and showed interest in my particular circumstances. During the process I had to contact Mr Rohan Barot several times. My calls were promptly answered and all my requests were facilitated promptly in a highly professional manner. At every step I felt welcome and was treated with utmost respect and courtesy. I highly recommend Saava Properties and Mr Rohan Barot to any potential customer looking for a service of the highest standard.

Parth has been great with our purchase before and after the settlement. And even though we had a bit of a miscommunication at the beginning, he got things under control very quickly and it was smooth sailing from there on. We would highly recommend his agency and we would not hesitate to deal with him again.
