Dhaval was easy to talk to and professional. He was able to achieve better than expected result for our unit in this market. Even thou there weren’t many enquiries, but at the end it was about closing with what we have and that too quickly. Highly recommended.

Parth helped us out as soon as we asked him our intention to sell the property. He explained everything on what we should keep and how to present the house. Helped us arranging for the painter and all handyman needs who charged much less than market price. Also gave us the true picture of market trending and the potential buyers expected and the needs in the local area. Property go sold thru the top auctioneer in no time. I will recommend his services to anyone looking to sell or manage as I have had experience with both aspects.

It has been a great experience dealing with Parth and Rafia regarding sale of my apartment. The entire process from listing the property to settlement was very streamlined and hassle free. They both were very friendly and understood our requirements with regard to sale of the property. I would highly recommend Parth and his team if anyone is in the market for purchasing or selling a property.
