We are not happy with the way the issues in the unit have been dealt with. Right from first day of lease we have been reporting that there is leakage in unit , which is leading to carpet getting damaged with wetness and mould. Although the building manager has helped us with plumbing people trying to fix the issue, our agent is not taking any steps to talk to strata to fix the carpet. No prompt action taken. Very disappointed considering we are paying high rent.
