Well. I am pleased that I got a tenant really quickly. Really pleased. Not pleased in the first instant trying to charge me for previous tenants losing garage keys. And then paying for fire inspection and bilking me when I did not authorise it. My strata organises these inspections annually and pays for it, hence I pay a high strata fee. On top of that does not reply to emails when this is queried. Very dissappointed. But getting me a tenant, they did that part of their job
