Above and beyond
Matt went out of his way to help with a few issues and stuck with me during all the interest rises that scared buyers away for many months. Review on Sawtell Real Estate: Re- January 2021
We found Sawtell Real Estate to be the best value for dollar of the agencies investigated. Also, the fact that SRE only dealt with sales, and not rentals, was a significant factor. Barry was most professional in all aspects of the sale of our property. He knew the local market and kept us well informed at every stage of the sale. He successfully negotiated a couple of unforeseen situations that arose, and his background in the building industry was evident in some of the advice he provided.
