I have never met an agent so caring, easy to talk to, kind, and respectful. She showed market knowledge, willingness to learn what she wasn't familiar with and very professional while down to earth. She's also showed to be great at conflict resolution, liaising with myself and my tenants to find the best solution for all concerned. She proved over and over again that making everyone happy was more important than money. I couldn't wish for a better professional to do the work.
