Jodie has been a delight since day one - she responds quickly, is super friendly and down to earth, and treats us with respect. On the day of handover, Jodie noticed some dirt on the floor. Without saying another word, she went to her car, brought out a dustpan and got down and began cleaning so that the house was neat and tidy for us. We're very much looking forward to an ongoing relationship with her and would gladly recommend her as a property manager/agent.

I had the best experience with Jodie from Schickerling. She made my move from New Zealand to Melbourne incredibly easy and stress-free, including hosting an excellent virtual tour that made me feel confident applying from overseas. recently had the pleasure of working with Jodie as my real estate agent while managing my rental property, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Having worked with two other real estate agents in the past, I can confidently say that Jodie is leaps and bounds better. From the very beginning, she demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and dedication. Jodie helped me navigate the rental market with ease, providing valuable insights on pricing my property competitively and offering strategic advice on enhancing its appeal to potential tenants. Thanks to her marketing efforts, I received a great number of inquiries and quickly found reliable tenants. Communication was a standout aspect of Jodie’s service. She kept me informed at every step, promptly answering any questions I had and providing updates throughout the leasing process. This made me feel confident and well-supported as a landlord. What impressed me most was Jodie’s thoroughness in screening potential tenants. She conducted detailed background checks and ensured that I found tenants who were not only financially stable but also respectful and responsible. Overall, I highly recommend Jodie to any landlord looking for a knowledgeable and proactive real estate agent. Her dedication to providing top-notch service truly sets her apart, and I look forward to working with her again in the future!
