Schwarz Real Estate helped lease this property

Excellent and attentive service once again from Ratcliff Mathews Real Estate

Ratcliff Mathews have now managed my property for more than 7 years and I could not be happier with their professionalism and communication during that time. Most recently they have overseen the departure of one set of tenants and the sourcing of new tenants within a very short period following the notification of intent to vacate. All applications were forwarded in a timely manner and a competitive weekly rental rate was negotiated in line with local market trends. Ratcliff Mathews also coordinated a professional painter to address some important improvements during the 2 days the unit was vacant. I would not hesitate to recommend the services of Ratcliff Mathews Real Estate.
